Commencing business in 2003 as Longridge Horse Coaches and specialising in coach building, we expanded our facilities in 2005 by acquiring Mike Finnimore Panelbeaters, a long established and well-known Central Hawkes Bay repair workshop.

In 2007 we moved to bright, modern premises at 39 Takapau Road and the company changed its name to Longridge Panelbeating Painting & Engineering, at the same time offering better access, facilities and upgraded equipment.

Today, Longridge provides employment for eight trade-qualified personel - panelbeaters, auto refinishers, sheetmetal fabricators and transport engineers. Under the direction of workshop manager Walter Edgecombe, an A-Grade Panelbeater himself, Longridge is now certified and fully equipped to undertake I-Car Structural Mig Welding, 4711 Structural Welding and Purge Food Grade Welding.

As a member of the Motor Trade Association and Collision Repair Association we are able to assure a very high standard of workmanship.
